Key Responsibilities:

  1. Capacity Building: Strengthen SSPs and Qwami Madrasahs to deliver prevocational and gender-responsive, eco-friendly skills training.
  2. TVET Promotion: Advocate for inclusive, sustainable TVET programs through awareness campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
  3. Youth Empowerment: Equip disadvantaged youth (women, PWDs, dropouts) with market-driven skills and certifications.
  4. Employment Support: Organize job fairs, implement ESS for career guidance, job matching, and labor market integration.
  5. Monitoring & Advocacy: Establish LMMPP, conduct stakeholder consultations, and share insights via workshops.
  6. Reporting & Safeguarding: Document progress, produce reports, and ensure protection for trainees, addressing rights violations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build collaborative relationships with local and national CSOs, community leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct training and workshops for teachers, ATEOs, health workers, and community groups.
  • Serve as a resource person in capacity-building initiatives to strengthen stakeholder competencies.
  • Perform school assessments and follow up on accessibility, inclusive education resource centres, and assistive devices.
  • Provide technical support and facilitate capacity-building activities.
  • Develop teaching-learning and training materials based on assessed needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop Individual Educational Plans (IEPs) for children.
