- Conduct training and workshops for teachers, ATEOs, health workers, and community groups.
- Serve as a resource person in capacity-building initiatives to strengthen stakeholder competencies.
- Perform school assessments and follow up on accessibility, inclusive education resource centres, and assistive devices.

Program Officer

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and case management support for survivors of human trafficking.
- Support capacity-building initiatives for communities, NGOs, and government officials to strengthen anti-trafficking efforts.
- Develop training modules and materials, and conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for survivor support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders—including government agencies and community networks—to prevent and address trafficking.

- Facilitate referrals to shelter, psychosocial counseling, legal aid, and healthcare services for survivors.
